The following document explains’s return policy for store products. In this document “the company”, “our”, “us” and “we” refers to staff and crew.

Returning Your Product

Our customers are able to return their products within a certain time after the purchase and in good condition. We do understand however, that during the shipment accidental damages may occur.

– Accidental Damages During Shipment

If your product is damaged due to shipping you are able to request for a replacement, free of charge. However, we required you to:

  1. Let us know about the damages within 5 days of the delivery
  2. Provide photo/video references show to show damages

Failure to report a damaged product during the shipment will not grant you a free-shipping for replacement. However, you are entitled to the warranty on the product in which we will provide you a new set, after you have payed for the shipping.

– 30 Day Return

If you are unsatisfied with the product, or are not able to use them in your desired environment, you are able to return your items within the period of thirty-days after the original delivery date. If this is the case you are required to:

  1. Have a reference to your delivery date
  2. The product must be undamaged and placed in original packaging
  3. Provide a photo/video reference of the condition of the product

You must submit a return application before returning your items. Note that the application must be made within the thirty-day time period. After your request have been approved, we will provide you with returning label covered by us. You must package the items safely, and deliver it to the indicated post office and have it delivered back to our headquarters.

When the devices arrive your purchase will be refunded to you fully, including the shipment fee, within 2-3 business days.
